Malome Neo takes Maglera to the world

Born Neo Mohlominyana Letoka in Kanana township in the mining city klerksdorp. Malome Neo is a recording artist, song writer, record producer who’s started following his passion and love for music at a very tender age. “I have always wanted to be a musician, I invested much of my time into learning about it than being outside with other kids” he said.

Melome Neo was vey lucky to have his late uncle who brought him up musically and made sure his music learning process was effective, Neo’s uncle was a musical genius and he passed down every music skill he has acquired in his life time to his nephew.
in the early 2000s Neo lost his uncle, but that did not kill his spirit instead it pushed him to work on his music & to honour his prodigy He went by Malome Neo as his stage name. He started entering rap competitions and got recognized for his amazing lyricism and dope fresh Ghetto rap flows. In 2018 he signed under his current record label. @Mad genius publishers and in 2020 he released his first EP titled ‘Okantle‘ which features Fresh talents the likes of Kalambo, Shabba, Ma-ada and producer @Price less.

Malome neo has had the honour to work with Khuli Chana, Cassper Nyovest, Maglera Doe Boy’s producer @Apu Sebekedi. He has also worked with the ‘Wena’ duo Musician LE2 and AwoL Fifteen8HB, Skoloto hitmaker Kalambo, Price less, D-LOUX.

I would like to work with Driemanskaap & Khanyi mavi in future I’m inspired by the authenticity in their sound, they have a very native and unique feel in their music.

In the next 5years I see myself established, not necessarily big interns of fame but I just want to facilitate growth and make sure more people heal from my music. I see myself collaborating with brands like converse, I am really big on sneakers and I am so deep into the culture.

I believe that one can actually accomplish anything as long as they put their minds into it. I grew up in a place where there is not much opportunities, I have seen men fall and rise in the same space, I’ve been inspired and discouraged by people in the same space but I still chose what describes me best. I am a winner I rise against all odds.

I would like to thank God for the talent and the wisdom, i am well aware of the responsibilities that comes with being an artist.
